Father Roy has served with great courage and commitment for 45 years. He has dedicated his life to serving the poor and oppressed, those whose human rights have been violated by dictators, assassins, torturers, bullies, and racists.

The New York Times has reported that the US has been reinforcing its already large military presence in the Middle East as a leg of its negotiations with Iran over the claim that Iran is building “nuclear weapons”. This is exacerbating an already tense and volatile situation.
