Adopted Amendments to
WPC Rules and Regulations


1. Replace the words “Executive Secretary” wherever they occur in Rules and Regulations, by the words “General Secretary or Executive Secretary.”


2. Paragraph 34 reads as follows:

“The Secretariat of the Executive Committee shall be composed of up to 12 members, including the President, the General Secretary or Executive Secretary, the Regional Coordinators and the representative of the member organization which is the host of the WPC Central Office.

WPC Presidents of honor and Co-presidents shall be entitled to participate in meetings of the Secretariat.

In case one member organization has more than one representative in the Secretariat, it shall have only one vote.

The Secretariat shall act as the coordinating and communication body between the regular meetings of the Executive Committee and fulfill the tasks entrusted to it by the Executive Committee and shall report to it.”

3. Delete paragraphs 36, 37, 38.
